Some players have lucky socks. I have Terrell cheering for me from the rail every chance he gets.
Every poker player dreams of having a rail.
Mine usually consists of one very enthusiastic dealer named Terrell.
Whenever I'm playing a tournament, Terrell somehow finds time to stop by before work, after work, or during breaks to wish me luck.
Sometimes he even comes and stands on the rail while I'm playing.
At this point, I think he's more confident I'll win a bracelet than I am.
Unfortunately, the poker gods haven't gotten the memo yet.
Terrell keeps believing.
I keep trying.
One of these years we're going to have a very expensive celebration.
